Phoenix staff survey

The Sandwell Well-being Charter Mark was developed by Sandwell Inclusion Support in partnership with Sandwell Council Public Health Department and your schools is currently participating we are now at the renewal data collection stage. The aim of the Charter Mark is to recognise a school’s dedication towards improving the Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) of its pupils, parents and staff and to support a process of self-evaluation and improvement. Exploring and supporting staff well-being is a key element of the project.

The process involves an audit of the SEMH provisions that are already in place and a key part of this involves seeking staff views through an online survey. In this survey, we ask about things that support your well-being or inhibit your well-being as a staff member. These views are used to help the school to enhance and develop its practice in the area of staff development and staff well-being through the development of an action plan that is informed by your feedback.

Your views are incredibly important in helping the school to improve its understanding of your needs and the ways it can support you.

The survey can be accessed using the link below and should take approximately 15 minutes. The survey is anonymous and your responses will remain confidential. Themes across the data set will be identified and reported back to the school but no names or identifying information will be included in the feedback.
